Team A Ventures achieves integration of their financials, supply chain, retail headquarter and store operations with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and EdgeAX solution to leverage from a total vertical solution for apparel and retail.
Cranbury, NJ – April 17th, 2014 – EdgeAX, a unit of Visionet Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and its solution for apparel centric vertical in order to cater to the business needs of Team A Ventures (TAV), a company representing a leading international high street brands in Asia.
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP at Crocs and Timberland – two of the brands that TAV represents, streamlined their retail operations and resulted in automation in all key operations. Integration of financials, supply chain, retail headquarters, and store operations increased collaboration and operational efficiency at TAV’s headquarters and at their stores. This also included an enterprise portal, point of sales, and a handheld application (SYSCAN) for TAV’s staff in their warehouse and stores. This entire project was completed within eight months timeframe.
In addition, the rapid deployment of EdgeAX solution built on Dynamics AX enabled TAV to leverage on workflows and functionality of EdgeAX, which is based on industry’s best practices, and it resulted in seamless sharing of information between ERP, SCM and Retail BI systems to accelerate the time to market, to make accurate forecasts and well-informed decisions.
